Included is 40 hours in field training in which you are exposed to many duties in the security industry.  Field Training Officers (FTOs) guide trainees through various tours of duty.

Exposure to various security details will provide you with a wide scope of the security world.  You will be well rounded as well as giving you an opportunity to find the best fit in advancing your career goals.

Going through the GTI program will allow security providers a look at prospective recruits who they are eager to place in their security force.  Many offers may come to you and you will have a choice.
